Refunds and Returns
Refunds and exchanges:


Returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted.


If you would like to return or exchange any of my products, it is essential you contact me within 14 days of delivery and items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.


If you have bought an item and you would like to cancel the order, you must contact me within 24 hours of purchase, unless already shipped.


Custom orders or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.


Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned, unless you receive them as damaged or defective.




If you would like to return any of my products, please return them for either an exchange or refund. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs unless we agree that the goods are faulty or damaged.

For returning items, I recommend that you use a Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your protection.


Goods and workmanship are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. Damage to your item that is caused by wear and tear or mistreatment is not covered.


If any of my products are returned, damaged or not in its original new condition, a charge may be made.
